The DECT NR+ USB Dongle is a compact development platform based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF9151 System-in-Package (SiP). It can operate as either a DECT NR+ child node or a USB-powered gateway, making it an ideal platform for evaluating, developing, and testing DECT NR+ applications.
The dongle comes pre-programmed with the Nordic DECT NR+ Console Shell, allowing you to explore DECT NR+ features immediately. Simply connect it to a PC to discover networks, join or create private networks, perform link tests, and evaluate radio performance through a serial terminal.
When you’re ready to build your own application, simply reprogram the dongle using the open-source examples included in the Nordic nRF Connect SDK (Zephyr). The integrated CMSIS-DAP debugger provides programming and debugging over USB, so no external debug probe is required.
