Norik DECT NR+ Dongle Board Support Merged Upstream into Zephyr

Big milestone for our DECT NR+ USB Dongle! 💪

Our board support has been merged upstream via PR #114849.

This means the Norik DECT NR+ Dongle is now available as a supported board in upstream Zephyr, making it easier to use within the broader Zephyr ecosystem.

The dongle is based on the Nordic Semiconductor nRF9151 and provides a compact USB platform for DECT NR+ development, prototyping, and testing.

Thanks to the Zephyr community and all reviewers for their support.

Important note: while board support is now in mainline Zephyr, applications using the DECT NR+ modem functionality still require Nordic Semiconductor’s Zephyr fork.
