Norik has joined an international consortium for the development of a medical device for detecting signs of early rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and monitor disease activity in patients with established RA. The device consists of a robotic arm that moves the ultrasound scanner and camera, a computer for controlling the arm and collecting the data and a server application for storing data. The server application will be developed by Norik.
